Melissa Lee of CNBC
We're glued to CNBC all day and love seeing the most prominent Asian face in business news today: Melissa Lee. We spoke and interviewed Melissa Lee this morning on numerous issues including who would be the ultimate interview. Her answer: Whoever will be Treasury Secretary, either Larry Summers or Timothy Geithner. Interestingly enough, Obama announced his pick 4 hours later. Timothy Geithner is the next Treasury Secretary. He has a deep love for Asian culture as well. Mr. Geither attended High School in Thailand, then went to Dartmouth where he earned a BA in Asian Studies, finally obtaining an MA in East Asian studies from John Hopkins. He has lived and studied in India, Thailand, China, and Japan. What a smart man. By the way - Look at the Dow in the above picture..Good old days.
