APDC's 2012 Lunar New Year Dinner

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with the Asian Pacific Development Center, a community-based, nonprofit, 501 (c) (3) organization founded in 1980 to serve the culturally relevant health and mental health needs of a growing population of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AA/PI) residents throughout Colorado. For the record, Japan celebrates New Year on Jan. 1, while other Asian communities, including the Laotians, Cambodians and Indians, mark the start of the year according to different calendars. In India New Year's celebrations vary by region.
