One of the most visually arresting presentations during fashion week was the premiere of Markus Klinko and Idrani's "The Legend of Lady White Snake" starring style icon Daphne Guinness. Epic, dramatic and a must see, Guinness gracefully dons the couture collection by GK Reid (Genghis Khan collection).

Following the film premiere at Angel Orensanz, Beijing's Viva Girls played in the background using traditional instruments set to electronica during the fashion show. The Legend of Lady White Snake is an ancient Chinese story that has been the subject and basis of many tragic Chinese love stories and operas where a young scholar falls in love with a beautiful woman who is actually a 1000 year old snake in human form, and live in a world where their love is forbidden. Equally as dramatic were the couture creations beautifully executed by newcomer GK Reid.
